Help us celebrate Fely and her 15 wonderful years of service at Dillanos!
From Packer and Machine Operator to Production Lead, Fely Alflen has been a familiar face known for her warmth and the way she makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through the door.
“Fely is what I like to call a DCR Difference Maker. She leads by example in production (bring your sweatband if you’re working with her) and genuinely enjoys taking care of her fellow coworkers. Whether it’s feeding as many people as she possibly can or coming in early to lessen the hardship on the team, Fely wants to make that positive difference. Congrats on 15 years of “getting ish done” and making our days brighter!”

That sense of family Fely describes wouldn’t be the same without her. From excited greetings and hugs, to long conversations, to the delicious food she shares with everyone, Fely has made her way into all of our lives as “family”.
Fely’s favorite core value that connects the most with her is Core Value #1: Always Posses Honesty, Integrity, and Loyalty. She says that this core value speaks directly to her 15-year milestone and that she just loves working at Dillanos.
This theme of loyalty connects to her favorite memory at Dillanos: receiving the Loyalty Award, which meant so much to her. Not only that, but also working with people she loves every day as well.
Fely may be small but her impact on DCR has been gigantic! Not only is Fely known for making the breakroom smell amazing with the food she prepares and shares with all, but when it comes to production, the most common answer I hear from her is… “don’t worry Darling, we got this!”.

As for her well-deserved PTO, though she isn’t quite sure exactly what kinds of fun she’ll plan yet, she knows she wants to spend it with her daughters Niña and Hannah.
Fely brings light, generosity, and care into every space she’s in. After 15 years, her energy and spirit are just as strong as ever—something that continues to inspire everyone around her.
Fely, thank you for your dedication, your generosity, your loyalty—and yes, the amazing food! We’re grateful for the impact you’ve made and continue to make every day. Here’s to many more great memories ahead, surrounded by the people who matter most.
