Alexandra Hager, Beverage R&D Specialist for Tous Les Jours, takes first place at the Coffee in Good Spirits Competition! This competition features innovative beverage recipes that showcase both coffee and spirits together. Coached by the team at Dillanos Coffee Roasters, Alex now advances to complete in Worlds hosted in Milan, Italy. This event is part of the annual competition series managed by the Specialty Coffee Association, a global organization that unites the coffee industry across hundreds of countries. Alex is the 3rd competitor-turned-champion that DCR Coffee has roasted coffee for, sponsored, and coached in the last 10 years. We are thrilled for Alex and will be accompanying her to Italy for the next level of the competition.
