Danny Celebrates 15 Years At Dillanos

A Fan Favorite

At Dillanos, we believe that great coffee starts with great people, and Danny is no exception. From his first days in 2010 in shipping, to now, 15 years later, as a delivery driver, Danny’s dedication has helped in keeping our coffee moving and our customers smiling.

“I think my favorite core value would be #1: Always Possess Honesty, Integrity, and Loyalty. This one is important to me because of all the values that we have in life, these three traits are the foundation of a good person—or, in this case, a company.”

His favorite memory from Dillanos when some employees formed a DCR softball team and a big portion of the company came out to watch them win the championship.
It’s moments like that make Dillanos feel like more than just a workplace, but a place to make friends and have fun!

“Danny is more than a dude I work with! He is a BROTHER and extended family! He is always there for anyone and has a heart made of GOLD! We have spent so many of life’s milestones together and I am lucky and blessed to be a part of his journey professionally—and even better, personally! Congratulations to one of the BEST!!!”

— Enrique Goldstrom

“Love Danny! He’s one of those people I always get pumped to see—his funny jokes, kindness, and genuine heart make every moment better.”

— Amber Amantea

“You can always count on Danny for a funny (and maybe inappropriate) joke!”

— Debbie Koehler

Over his 15 years, this is what Danny has appreciated the most about working here:

“The biggest thing that I appreciate about my time here is that I feel supported to have the kind of work-life balance that is important for my family. I don’t have to sacrifice being there for my family to support my family.”

And as for that extra PTO milestone reward, he’s planning to take more days off in the summer since that is when his daughter is out of school. How sweet!

Fifteen years is no small feat, and we couldn’t be more grateful for Danny.

Thank you for 15 incredible years! We can’t wait to see what’s ahead.
