WHY WE LIKE IT:

From the island of Java, Indonesia. This island was one of the early origins of coffee and it’s where the name Java as a reference to coffee came from. This coffee is truly unique in it’s flavor, blending notes of nutmeg, clove, coriander and cedar. It has a heavy mouthfeel, low acidity, and a pleasant chamomile aftertaste.

Which Grind Should I Choose?

We offer seven different grind options with most of our coffees.
  • Whole Bean
  • Drip, Pour Over & Chemex (the most common option for home use)
  • Coarse Drip (for some commercial brewers)
  • French Press
  • Toddy / Cold Brew
  • Espresso
  • Home Espresso (compatible with most home espresso machines, which require a slightly coarser grind than commercial espresso machines)
