Twenty years in Accounts Receivable means 20 years of keeping things running smoothly, solving problems, and serving our customers with excellence.
For the past two decades, Debbie has worked closely with our customers, helping keep accountability at the center of our company's success.
But Debbie's impact extends far beyond Accounts Receivable. For 20 years, she has helped shape the culture of Dillanos by living our core values every day.
She's always the first to volunteer, the biggest cheerleader for those around her—always celebrating others, offering encouragement, dropping some jokes, and lending a helping hand. Through her positivity, servant's heart, and unwavering dedication, Debbie embodies our mission to help people, make friends and have fun.
When asked which Dillanos core value resonates with her the most, this was her response:
“This one was tough, because they all resonate with me! But this is one is me to the core:
#1: Always possess honesty, integrity, and loyalty.
When I was young, my dad told me how important your name is. Live how you want people to remember you. It has always stuck with me, and I always try to honor his advice and make him proud. RIP Dad.”
Throughout those years have come countless memories, meaningful friendships, and moments that have made Dillanos feel like more than just a workplace.
When asked about some of her favorite memories, Debbie shared that it's hard to choose just one. From Summer Olympics and company meetings to pie-eating contests, there have been plenty of unforgettable moments.
Even beyond the special events, Debbie says she enjoys coming to work every single day.
“In 20 years, I have always looked forward to coming to work. It is a fun place to be, and I am surrounded by people who I love and consider my family.”

Debbie loves the people she gets to be surrounded by every day at Dillanos, making it her favorite thing about her time here.
Now we’re all wondering: What is Debbie’s favorite coffee? The answer? Chocolate!
“Special Dark (which I drink as drip at home) tastes like dark chocolate, yum! And, because it reminds me of Rand, our CFO. I would brew it for him daily until he moved to Arizona. He has taught me so much over the years and I really respect and admire him.”
“Howie’s tastes like a brownie! Yes, I love chocolate! I drink Howie’s at home as espresso. It’s also a favorite because it’s named after one of DCR’s founders, and I always had a lot of respect for him as well. RIP Howie. Both coffees are amazing!”
“Debbie is one of those rare people who has a gift for making others feel valued and appreciated. For the past 20 years, she has consistently gone above and beyond—not because she has to, but because that’s simply who she is. Her dedication, reliability, quick wit, and genuine care for others have left a lasting impact on our customers, our team, and our company. Debbie’s love for others is truly admirable. While she does an amazing job in her role, she is also a full time friend to all.
And of course, everyone deserves some well-earned time off! During her PTO, Debbie and her husband will be traveling to Alaska to fulfill her mom's bucket-list dream of taking an Alaskan cruise—a trip that is sure to create even more special memories.
