Whoop! Whoop! It’s interview time!

Here at Dillanos we always say that “our people are who make us who we are”– And I couldn’t agree more! I have loved getting to know the amazing people I work with every day and bonding over things like travel, Italian food obsessions, movies, music and pets. My coworkers are definitely what fuels me each and every day. I think that we can all agree that we definitely have a fun, unique, talented and friendly staff here at DCR. EMILY SCHLOMER

Teacher | World Traveler | Mama-To-Be

Because of frequent family moves through the military, Emily & her brother found competitive bowling leagues to get connected in their new community.

She has studied abroad, was a teacher in Spanaway and Cascade Christian, and has worked multiple summer camps on the East Coast.

A big congratulations to Emily and her Husband Nathan, they are expecting their first baby February of 2022! Woohoo, congratulations!

And spoiler alert: They’re keeping baby’s gender and name under wraps until baby comes on the scene this winter.

Trevor and his wife Juliette have been married for two years and have two border collies.

A fun weekend for them is shooting street photography on film, taking the dogs to the park, and grabbing Indian food for dinner.

Trevor loves playing metal guitar, skateboarding and painting. But, next on his bucket list is writing his own music… ideally for an orchestra!

Married to his Junior High sweetheart.
Favorite food? Indian!

NINA ALFEN

Artist | Gardener | Anime Enthusiast

Nina and her boyfriend Stevin love board games, computer games, and anime. They’re hoping to plan a trip to Japan as soon as possible.

Nina has an art degree and is recently very interested in resin crafts. She also has a green thumb and is growing carrots, corn, lettuce, pumpkin & strawberry spinach… (*Googles strawberry spinach*)

Her favorite food is anything her mom Fely makes
Nina and her boyfriend Stevin were set up by their moms twelve years ago and have been together ever since!

Outbound Lead

AARON O’BRIEN

Golfer | Proud Dad & Husband | Seattle Native

Born in Seattle, Aaron then moved to Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Nebraska and Illinois growing up. And no… not a military family! He moved back to Washington with his wife Heather, later having daughter Mia join the crew.

As a family, they like to watch their favorite show, Modern Family, and take their golden retriever Pinkey on walks through the trails of Tehaleh.

Aaron’s favorite hobby is golfing! Next on his bucket list is to travel to Oregon to play on all their courses. He says, “for how long he has been playing, he should definitely be better by now”.
