One of my favorite things about living in the beautiful PNW is its incredible natural diversity and it's an area of rich contrast. You can stand on a rocky mountain top and breathe in the frigid air blowing off an ancient glacier or camped on the shore of the Puget Sound watching orcas swim by if you get really lucky. Our Papua New Guinea is that feeling in a cup for me. A coffee that's a lighter roast and has a fruity sweetness tastes of raisin and grapes come to mind.
