Employees are now able to pre-order upcoming limited edition apparel and merchandise before they’re available for the public to purchase.
On July 25th we will launch our next LTO: the Have Fun! Series.
In order to take care of the DCR Fam and make sure there’s enough stock to cover our wholesale and retail customers, we are allowing employees to pre-order new loot for the first time!
How It Works:
- Click Clothing to view the upcoming Have Fun! apparel and merchandise
- Add the items you’d like to pre-order to your cart
- Follow the instructions to check out
- Your payment method will be charged when the item is released on Thursday, July 21st.
- The pre-ordered items will then ship to the address provided or be available in the lobby as a Will Call item (***Catch that? If you don’t want your order mailed, then make sure you choose “Will Call” as your shipping method!)

Pre-order Items Only… Cause Multi-Tasking is Hard.
Prepare to be unimpressed by the internet. If you plan to pre-order any of the new loot, your cart can only contain pre-order-able items. It gives the site a massive headache to keep track of what needs to ship now and what needs to ship later, so instead the site crosses its arms, stomps its feet, and says IDONTWANNA.
So if you want to grab some fresh coffee or maybe a new Hydro Flask in addition to calling “dibs” on the upcoming Have Fun! merch, you’ll need to do that in two separate orders: one for the pre-order items and one for the “buying it right now” items.
$22 Employee Benefit… Don’t Sell Yourself Short!
This is one of the coolest benefits we have as employees: $22 each month to buy whatever we want on Dillanos.com! But don’t forget about the fine print…
Our $22 perk is a one-time, use-or-lose kind of thing. It can only be redeemed on one transaction per calendar month and if the purchase doesn’t hit $22, the difference is forfeited.
Now normally this isn’t a problem because we can buy any combination of products in order to hit that $22… but not with pre-ordered items.
Refer to FAQ #1 for the “Aha!” moment: Pre-ordered items cannot be combined with buy-right-now items.
It doesn’t feel right to force employees to decide between pre-ordering more items (or more expensive items) than they want in order to avoid forfeiting a portion of the benefit they’re entitled to.
So for better or worse, we’ve landed here:
Should you want to guarantee that any of the incoming merch will be in your hot little hands before it is released to the public by choosing to pre-order the item(s), then only the Employee Discount will be applied and not a combination of the Employee Discount and the elective $22 monthly perk.
