RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns & Exchanges

With both coffee and non coffee items we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  We can handle returns and exchanges within 30 days of shipment.

Please email us at customerservice@dillanos.com and include:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • The item or items you are unsatisfied with
  • And a detailed explanation for the reason you are unsatisifed.

All return/exchanges must be authorized before physically returning and all authorized returns must be returned to:
